At Sonova Consumer Hearing GmbH, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium audio experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Device

  Place the product in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
